Payment is due at the time services are rendered unless otherwise agreed.

We ask for reasonable notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

• Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may result in refusal of future service
• Deposits (if required) may be non-refundable

While we take great care in servicing your vehicle or vessel:

• Pre-existing damage (scratches, stains, wear, oxidation, etc.) may become more visible after cleaning
• We are not responsible for damage resulting from prior conditions, improper modifications, or fragile components
• Customers must remove personal belongings prior to service

Lake View Auto Spa is not liable for loss or damage to personal items left in the vehicle.

If you are not satisfied with your service, please notify us within 24 hours. We will make reasonable efforts to address concerns.
